Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Fern Care Services supports families and individuals in Charleston with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
