Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Lumen West Legal Group provides legal services in Grand Rapids across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
