Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Charlotte. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
