Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Toledo, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
