Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Glen Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
