Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
