Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Lumen Clear Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
