Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Amberfield Birch Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
