Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Summit Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Dallas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
