Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Fernwood Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Raleigh with personal care and coordination, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
