Data Analyst - forecasting (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Birch Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Raleigh. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
