Data Analyst - forecasting (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
