Data Analyst - forecasting (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield River Community Partners is a nonprofit in Raleigh supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
