Data Analyst - forecasting (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Field Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
