Data Analyst - forecasting (Providence, RI)

Summit Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Providence, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
