Data Analyst - forecasting (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Oak Health Group is a healthcare provider in Providence with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Providence. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
