Data Analyst - forecasting (Portland, OR)

Redstone Willow Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Portland, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Portland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
