Data Analyst - forecasting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
