Data Analyst - forecasting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Ridge Medical Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on device records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
