Data Analyst - forecasting (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove River Auto Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on parts orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
