Data Analyst - forecasting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Pittsburgh serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
