Data Analyst - forecasting (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ivory Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
