Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove West Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in Phoenix with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
