Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Fern Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Phoenix, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
