Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
