Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Hollow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 958 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
