Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Ashton Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
