Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Ivory Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
