Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in Phoenix with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in premium billing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
