Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ashton Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
