Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cobalt Markets Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
