Data Analyst - forecasting (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Phoenix presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 967 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
