Data Analyst - forecasting (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Bridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Philadelphia, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supply orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
