Data Analyst - forecasting (Orlando, FL)

Bright Drift Civic Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in constituent requests and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on procurement. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
