Data Analyst - forecasting (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Bright Financial serves customers across Omaha with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
