Data Analyst - forecasting (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Ivory Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Omaha area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
