Data Analyst - forecasting (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Ivory Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
