Data Analyst - forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Birch Health Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
