Data Analyst - forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Haven Construction Group is a Oklahoma City contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 874 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
