Data Analyst - forecasting (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Basin Health Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
