Data Analyst - forecasting (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Hollow Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
