Data Analyst - forecasting (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Drift Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
