Data Analyst - forecasting (Nashville, TN)

Nova Mill Transit Planning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on survey data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
