Data Analyst - forecasting (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Sparrow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Nashville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grower contracts.
