Data Analyst - forecasting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
