Data Analyst - forecasting (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Glen Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
