Data Analyst - forecasting (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Birch Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis.
