Data Analyst - forecasting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Loom Pharma Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 387 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
