Data Analyst - forecasting (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Minneapolis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in certifications and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
