Data Analyst - forecasting (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Bridge Environmental Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 663 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on collection routes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
